As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for our outdoor spaces, including gardens, lawns, and other green areas. Your duties will include planting and pruning trees and shrubs, watering plants, mowing lawns, and removing weeds.

To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of different plant types and their care requirements. You should also possess strong attention to detail and physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods.

Responsibilities:
- Planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery according to the landscape design
- Pruning trees and shrubs to maintain their shape and health
- Watering plants regularly and ensuring proper drainage
- Mowing lawns using appropriate equipment
- Removing weeds manually or with the use of herbicides
- Applying fertilizers and other plant nutrients as needed
- Monitoring plant health and identifying any pest or disease issues
- Maintaining garden tools and equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of various plants, flowers, trees, and their care requirements
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
