Facade Engineer


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facade Engineer to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, constructing and maintaining the external building envelope of our projects. This will require a strong understanding of materials, construction methods, and structural engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop facade systems for our projects
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and assess quality control
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during construction
- Stay updated on industry advancements and new technologies in facade design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade engineering
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles
- Experience with different facade materials such as glass, metal, stone, etc.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
