Junior AI Deep Learning Engineer



We are a fast-growing AI company based in Alta, Norway, seeking a talented and passionate Junior AI Deep Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. We specialize in developing cutting-edge AI solutions for various industries, including healthcare, finance, and retail.

As a Junior AI Deep Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, development, and implementation of deep learning algorithms and models. You will work closely with senior engineers to support data collection, labeling, and pre-processing tasks. You will also assist with testing and debugging deep learning models to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in mathematics and programming languages such as Python or Java. You should also have a good understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques. Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with designing and developing deep learning algorithms and models
- Support data collection, labeling, and pre-processing tasks
- Collaborate with senior engineers on testing and debugging of models
- Continuously research new methods and techniques to improve model performance
- Communicate findings and results to team members in a clear manner

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of mathematics and programming languages such as Python or Java
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and techniques
- Experience with deep learning frameworks is preferred but not required
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
