Waiter/Waitress at Fine Dining Restaurant in Monte-Carlo


We are searching for a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a prestigious fine dining restaurant in the beautiful city of Monte-Carlo. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests while showcasing your knowledge of menu items and wine pairings.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, taking their orders and serving food and beverages with attention to detail and high standards
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks, anticipating guests' needs and responding promptly to requests
- Provide recommendations on menu items and wine pairings, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for each guest
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, following all company policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including tables, counters, chairs, floors, and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift
- Follow all health code regulations regarding food handling, safety, and sanitation

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a fine dining establishment
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menu items
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
