As a Librarian in our Copenhagen library, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our collection of books, journals, and other materials. Your role will also include providing assistance to library patrons, helping them find the information they need and promoting library services. You will also be responsible for managing administrative tasks such as budgeting, ordering new materials, and maintaining records.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a library setting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with library systems and technology.
- Knowledge of cataloging standards.
- Fluency in English (Danish language skills preferred).

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the library's collection by acquiring new materials through purchases or donations.
- Organize materials according to accepted standards such as Dewey Decimal Classification system.
- Assist patrons with finding resources, answer reference questions, and provide guidance on using library resources effectively.
- Promote library services through outreach activities such as book clubs, reading programs, and community events.
- Manage the budget for purchasing new materials and maintain accurate records of expenses.
- Ensure that all materials are properly cataloged and labeled for easy retrieval by patrons.
- Keep up-to-date with technological advancements in the field of libraries to enhance services provided to patrons.

Working Conditions:
