We are seeking a motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our growing company in Vejle, Denmark. As a part-time teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of employees and ensuring that they meet their goals and deadlines. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve their goals and meet deadlines
- Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and project completion
- Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Conduct training sessions for new employees or on new processes
- Handle any escalated issues or conflicts within the team

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Teamlead or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be fluent in English (Danish is a plus)

This is a part-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. The working hours will be flexible, but you may be required to work occasional weekends or evenings. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
