Industrial Architect



We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial design and architecture, with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial spaces such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities. You will also work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop functional and efficient designs that meet their requirements. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month. Applicants from Pakistan or the Philippines are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial design/architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial spaces
- Create detailed drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Provide guidance on material selection, cost estimation, and other technical aspects of the project
