Industrial Architect



The Industrial Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of engineering principles and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and design objectives
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that building designs meet safety, zoning, and environmental regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any design issues that arise
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture or a similar field
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Knowledge of structural engineering principles and building codes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues from various backgrounds
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on large-scale industrial projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Previous experience managing project budgets
