PHP Developer (Remote)



We are a fast-growing tech company based in Jerusalem, looking for a skilled PHP Developer to join our team. This is a remote position, open to individuals of any nationality.

As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites and web applications, from layout to function. You will also be involved in the development of new features and maintenance of existing ones. Your role will require you to work closely with our development team and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of PHP programming language and its associated frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter. You should also have experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Knowledge of database design and management is also required.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a PHP Developer or similar role
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
- Familiarity with SQL databases and ability to write efficient queries
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Designing, coding, and modifying websites and web applications according to project requirements
- Building efficient, reusable, and reliable code
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers
- Troubleshooting issues and debugging code when necessary
- Collaborating with project managers, designers, and other developers to ensure timely delivery of projects
