We are a reputable construction company in Herzliya, Israel seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate and move earth and other materials on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate an excavator to dig trenches, foundations, and other designated areas as per project plans
- Transport and load materials such as rocks, dirt, and debris using the excavator
- Ensure the safety of yourself, other workers, and the public while operating the equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on the excavator including greasing parts, checking fluid levels, and inspecting for any damages or malfunctions
- Communicate with site supervisors to understand project requirements and follow instructions accordingly
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while on the job site

Requirements:
- Valid biometric passport (or work visa) to work in Israel
- Fluent in English (Hebrew is an asset)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators or bulldozers
- Must be physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments with varying weather conditions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
