A reputable property management company in Lisbon is seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual who is willing to learn and grow with our company.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Repair and maintain equipment, furniture, and appliances
- Install fixtures and hardware as needed
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and supplies
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job (lifting, bending, standing)
- Good communication skills in English or Portuguese (both is a plus)
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Portugal
