Commercial Architect


We are currently hiring a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Funchal. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and plans for commercial buildings based on client requirements
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess the feasibility of projects
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure that designs meet building codes and regulations
- Work closely with contractors during the construction phase to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Communicate regularly with clients to keep them updated on project progress and address any concerns or changes in design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position, with potential for growth based on performance.
