Facade Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Facade Technician to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing exterior building facades. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the safety and functionality of the building's exterior while also considering aesthetic and energy efficiency factors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install new facade systems according to blueprints and specifications
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any necessary repairs or maintenance tasks
- Repair damaged or malfunctioning facade components using appropriate tools and materials
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of facade systems
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as architects and engineers, to ensure proper installation and functionality of facades
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in relevant field is preferred
- Proven experience working with facade systems is desirable but not required for this entry-level position
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols related to facades
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights
- Attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)
- Valid biometric passport (or willingness to obtain one)

Compensation:
Salary starting at $1700 per month depending on experience. This position does not include accommodation.
