Concierge Assistant in El-Ain, Egypt


We are seeking a reliable and friendly Concierge Assistant to join our team at a luxury hotel in El-Ain, Egypt. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for guests

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, or other activities as requested
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times
