Job Title: Contract Construction Manager

As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Your main duties will include coordinating and supervising construction teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining high quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Coordinate and supervise construction teams to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure adherence to timelines
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify any potential issues or delays
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the project
- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong working knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling abilities
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP) is a plus

Location: This role is based in Bergen but we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are willing to relocate for the duration of the contract.

Salary: The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

Contract Type: This is a contract position with an initial duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
