Concierge Coordinator

As a Concierge Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your main duties will include managing guest requests and inquiries, making reservations and arrangements for on-site and off-site activities, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the reception area. You will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for our guests. The ideal candidate should have previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract position with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available. Located in Bergen, this opportunity offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
