Architectural Designer (La-Condamine, Monaco)


We are searching for a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in La-Condamine, Monaco. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating innovative and functional architectural plans for various projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and construction methods.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Create detailed architectural plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Develop creative solutions to design challenges while adhering to project timelines and budget constraints
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure the structural integrity of designs
- Conduct site visits to ensure that project specifications are being met during construction
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and building techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design
- Proficient with CAD software and other design tools such as SketchUp or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$ per month.
