Teamlead - Faroe Islands

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Teamlead to join our team in the beautiful Faroe Islands. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating a team of employees to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month, and accommodation will be provided. This role is open to candidates without experience, as training will be provided on the job.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in project management is an asset but not required
