Office Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Aalborg. This part-time position offers a salary of 1400$ per month and is suitable for men. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Manage filing systems and ensure accuracy of records
- Perform general clerical duties as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business administration preferred
- Prior experience in an office environment or customer service role is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
