Merchandiser Supervisor



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchandiser Supervisor to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising operations of our company.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of merchandisers and ensuring that all products are properly displayed and promoted in retail stores. You will also be responsible for developing strategies to increase sales and improve brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of merchandisers and provide guidance and support as needed
- Develop merchandising strategies to increase sales and promote products effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all products are properly stocked in retail stores
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Train new merchandisers on company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations accordingly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in developing successful merchandising strategies
- In-depth knowledge of retail operations and market trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position.
