Fitter Technician

A reputable manufacturing company in Esbjerg is seeking a skilled and experienced Fitter Technician to join our team. As a Fitter Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various mechanical components and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience working with different types of machinery.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, valves, and compressors
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues or malfunctions
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with machinery
- Perform necessary repairs or replacements of damaged or faulty parts
- Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role in a manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and techniques
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with various hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces
