As an Administrator at our company in Roskilde, Denmark, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining records and databases, and providing support to team members as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedules for senior team members
- Coordinate meetings and events, both internally and externally
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Assist with data entry and file organization
- Communicate with clients and partners via email or phone as needed
- Provide general administrative support to team members
- Help with the organization of office supplies and equipment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor with excellent time-management skills
