Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of buildings and structures in Odense. Your primary role will be to manage a team of architects and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will need to have extensive knowledge of architectural principles, construction techniques, and building codes. Additionally, you should have excellent leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. As an Architecture Manager in Odense, your duties will include:

- Leading a team of architects and engineers to develop innovative designs for buildings and structures.
- Overseeing all stages of the design process from conceptualization to completion.
- Ensuring that projects adhere to budget constraints and are completed on time.
- Coordinating with contractors and other professionals involved in the construction process.

To excel in this role, you should have:

- A degree in architecture or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working as an architect or in a similar position.
- Extensive knowledge of architectural principles, construction techniques, and building codes.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve.
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
