Industrial Architect


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Wiltz. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, facilities, and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and efficient spaces that meet industry standards.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, budget, and timeline
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for industrial buildings, facilities, and structures
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Utilize software programs for design and drafting purposes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Wiltz (Indian nationals preferred)

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years
