Industrial Architect - Wiltz, Canada



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our dynamic team in Wiltz, Canada. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing industrial structures and facilities that meet the needs of our clients. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and develop design proposals accordingly
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for industrial structures and facilities
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather necessary data for project planning
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models of proposed designs
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards in all designs
- Provide cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses
- Oversee construction processes to ensure adherence to design plans and specifications
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
