Solar Panel Installer

We are a leading solar energy company based in Moscow, seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Panel Installer to join our team. As a Solar Panel Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar panel systems on residential and commercial properties. This position requires hands-on experience with solar panel installation, as well as a strong understanding of electrical wiring and basic construction principles.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain solar panel systems on rooftops, ground mounts, and other structures
- Use tools such as drills, saws, and measuring equipment to properly install panels
- Connect panels to electrical systems and ensure proper wiring for maximum efficiency
- Troubleshoot any issues with installed systems and make necessary repairs
- Follow safety protocols while working at heights and using power tools
- Communicate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience installing solar panels
- Strong understanding of electrical wiring and basic construction principles
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience using power tools safely
- Physically fit to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable depending on experience)

Location: Moscow (open to all nationalities)

Working Hours: Part-time (flexible schedule)
