Information Technology Manager

As an Information Technology Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure and systems. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing new technologies, and ensuring the security and functionality of our systems. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining our IT policies and procedures, as well as managing the budget for technology-related expenses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Implement new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure the security and functionality of our technology infrastructure
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures
- Manage the budget for technology-related expenses
- Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols, database management, and cloud computing
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively

Salary: $900 per month

Location: Mauren (or remote working options available)
