Machine Operator



We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Funchal. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines to produce high-quality products according to specifications. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines (e.g. lathes, mills, drills) to start production
- Feed raw materials into machines
- Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role
- Familiarity with machine tools and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Good understanding of precision measuring instruments
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials if necessary
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.

This job is located in Funchal, the capital city of Madeira Island in Portugal. The picturesque city is known for its beautiful beaches, historic buildings, and delicious seafood.
