Part-time Architecture Manager
Location: Oslo, Norway
Our architecture firm is seeking a part-time Architecture Manager to join our team in Oslo. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with experience in the field of architecture and a passion for managing projects and teams. This role is ideal for someone looking for a flexible work schedule as it is a part-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee architectural projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Lead a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor project progress and budget to ensure timelines are met
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations
- Collaborate with other departments within the firm to ensure cohesive project delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architecture, preferably in a managerial role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
