As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for residential and commercial properties in Faroe-Islands. Your main duties will include fixing plumbing and electrical issues, repairing drywall and painting, installing appliances and fixtures, and performing general upkeep of buildings. You must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in general maintenance or construction work. You must also possess strong technical knowledge of various building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a valid driver's license.

As a Handyman, you will need to have good communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and other team members. You must also be physically fit as this job may involve heavy lifting and working on your feet for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, replacing light bulbs, etc.
- Repair drywall, paint walls, and perform other minor repairs as needed.
- Install new appliances and fixtures.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or areas that require maintenance.
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies.
- Respond promptly to client requests for repairs or maintenance services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
