IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our company's information technology systems and operations. This includes implementing and maintaining IT infrastructure, networks, and software applications to ensure smooth functioning of our business processes. You will also be in charge of supervising a team of IT professionals and providing technical support to all employees.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient use of technology resources
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify areas for improvement
- Manage and maintain hardware, software, and other technology assets
- Oversee data backup and disaster recovery plans
- Support and train employees on the use of technology systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend improvements for our systems
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for purchases or upgrades
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of services or products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Familiarity with various operating systems, databases, networks, programming languages, etc.
- Strong understanding of information security principles
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical personnel
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Location: Horsens (visa sponsorship available)

Salary: $1600 per month (contract position)
