IT Manager


We are seeking an experienced and driven IT Manager to join our company in Horsens. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our information technology systems and ensuring their smooth operation. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong technical background as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and servers
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and system reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of new technology systems
- Manage the IT budget and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective solutions
- Train and support employees on new technology systems and software applications
- Conduct regular backups of data to ensure disaster recovery readiness
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology to recommend improvements for the company's IT infrastructure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
- Proven work experience as an IT Manager or similar role (minimum 5 years)
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, server maintenance, and cloud computing
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month. Accommodation can be provided for candidates who require it.
