Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sales activities of our hotel in Horsens. Your primary objective will be to increase revenue and occupancy through effective sales strategies, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other potential customers to promote our hotel
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for revenue growth
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Manage the sales team, providing training and support as needed
- Utilize social media platforms and other marketing tools to promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Prior experience in hotel sales or a similar role is an advantage, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of CRM software

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
