Hotel Sales Manager
We are hiring a highly motivated and passionate Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Horsens. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel services to potential customers. Your main goal will be to increase hotel revenue by attracting new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify potential clients and proactively reach out to them through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create attractive promotional materials.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
