Sales Manager - Hotel Industry (Randers, Denmark)


Our hotel in Randers, Denmark is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and implementation of effective sales strategies. This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales or marketing within the hotel industry is preferred but not required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Biometric passport for ease of travel within Europe
