Office Assistant - Siauliai, Lithuania
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and filing
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts
- Support other team members with various tasks as requested
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role is required
- Excellent communication skills in English (no other languages required)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles is preferred
