We are seeking an experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and implementing new menu items, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards. Responsibilities:
- Develop and innovate new menu items while maintaining the authenticity of Indian cuisine
- Create and maintain high-quality standards for food preparation and presentation
- Manage kitchen staff and ensure smooth operation of all kitchen activities
- Oversee inventory control, ordering, and cost management to maintain budget goals
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene practices in the kitchen
- Train new kitchen staff on proper techniques and recipes
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events or promotions that showcase Indian cuisine

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef, preferably in an Indian restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Proven track record of creating innovative dishes while maintaining quality standards
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. No English language skills are required for this role. Accommodation will not be provided, so this position would be ideal for candidates currently living in Balzers or willing to relocate at their own expense.
