As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to move earth, excavate and grade land, and perform other construction-related tasks. Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator to dig trenches, foundations, and other necessary structures according to project plans
- Use hand signals or radios to communicate with ground crew and ensure safety at all times
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or issues immediately
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while operating machinery on job site
- Complete projects within given timeframes and budget constraints

Requirements:
- Valid certification as an Excavator Operator or similar heavy equipment operator license preferred but not required
- Prior experience operating excavators or other heavy machinery is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to read project plans and understand specifications for excavation work
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to follow directions accurately

Salary:
Starting salary for this part-time position is 1700$ per month. The exact number of working hours per week will be discussed during the interview process.
