Crane Operator



Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes to lift and move heavy objects on construction sites, ports, or other locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate and maintain cranes according to manufacturer’s instructions and company safety policies
• Inspect equipment before use to ensure it is in proper working condition
• Plan and execute lifts using proper rigging techniques
• Communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors
• Keep accurate records of daily operations, including lift logs and maintenance reports
• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards
• Identify potential hazards on the job site and take necessary precautions to prevent accidents
• Monitor weather conditions that may affect crane operation

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a crane operator in a construction or industrial setting
• Valid biometric passport for international travel (required for certain job sites)
• Strong knowledge of different types of cranes and their capabilities
• Familiarity with rigging techniques and ability to read load charts
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception for precise movements
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with strong communication skills

Education & Certification:
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Certification from an accredited crane operator training program (preferred)

Salary & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per week. In addition, we provide accommodation for employees who are not local residents. We also offer opportunities for overtime pay, professional development, and advancement within the company.

Location:
This position is based in Copenhagen but may require travel to different job sites within Denmark or internationally. A valid biometric passport is required for this reason.
