Personal Fitness Coach
We are in need of a highly motivated and energetic Personal Fitness Coach to join our team in Randers. As a Personal Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for creating personalized workout plans and providing one-on-one training sessions to clients. Your main goal will be to help clients reach their fitness goals through proper exercise techniques and nutritional guidance. This is a contract job with a salary of $1200 per month.
Requirements:
- Passion for health and fitness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of various exercise techniques and nutrition principles
- Ability to create personalized workout plans based on client's goals and abilities
- Previous experience as a personal trainer or fitness coach is preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to discuss health history, fitness goals, and any physical limitations
- Design personalized workout plans for each client based on their goals, abilities, and limitations
- Provide one-on-one training sessions to clients, ensuring proper form and technique is used during exercises
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and provide guidance on meal planning
- Motivate and encourage clients throughout their fitness journey by tracking progress and providing positive feedback
- Keep up-to-date with current fitness trends, techniques, and certifications
