Commercial Architect
As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels in the city of Chelyabinsk. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet their requirements. Your role will also involve managing budgets, timelines, and collaborating with other professionals such as engineers and contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients to discuss project requirements, budget, and timeline
- Creating designs and drawings using CAD software
- Conducting site visits to assess feasibility and identify any potential issues
- Collaborating with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are structurally sound
- Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Managing project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Reviewing construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans
- Making adjustments to designs as needed based on client feedback or site conditions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and environmental impact assessments
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and contractors
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial projects in Chelyabinsk or other cities in Russia
- Familiarity with sustainable building practices
- Knowledge of BIM software
- Strong attention to detail
Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Chelyabinsk (open to foreign candidates willing to relocate)
