A fast-growing retail company in Bergen, Norway is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic team. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, managing a team of employees, and ensuring that all customer needs are met.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling
- Manage a team of employees by providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective performance
- Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to employees
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to develop marketing strategies and promotions
- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvement in product selection or pricing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory role required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory management systems preferred
