Office Assistant
A fast-paced office in Alta is seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the office. This position is part-time, with a salary of 1700$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Filing and organizing documents
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain electronic files
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and processing payments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Ensure the office is clean and tidy at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid work permit for Alta or be eligible for visa sponsorship
