Information Technology Manager vacancy in La-Condamine Monaco

IT Manager


We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team in La-Condamine. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall information technology strategy and operations of our company. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Lead a team of IT professionals to provide technical support to employees.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Ensure data security through regular backups and disaster recovery plans.
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols, software systems, and hardware installations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.

Preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with La-Condamine or have prior work experience in Monaco. Accommodation will not be provided for this position but we offer free visa sponsorship and ticket for eligible candidates.
