Contract Finisher in La-Condamine


A contract finisher is responsible for the final stages of a construction project, ensuring that all details are completed to the highest standard. This role requires experience and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess a biometric passport and have prior experience as a finisher.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by filling cracks, sanding, and smoothing surfaces
- Apply finishes such as paint, varnish, or stain to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Install fixtures such as trim, molding, or hardware
- Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Maintain supplies and equipment used for finishing work
- Communicate progress and any issues to project managers in a timely manner
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a finisher in construction or related field
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Biometric passport preferred
- Must have own tools
- Good physical stamina

Salary:
$1500 per month
