Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at our luxury hotel in Aarhus. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and grow market share for our hotel. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and managing a team of sales professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client referrals
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and cultivate new partnerships
- Create sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services
- Manage a team of sales professionals, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Knowledge of local market trends
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary: $1300 per month (without accommodation)
Location: Aarhus, Denmark
