We are searching for a talented and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, buying and selling of merchandise for our company. Your main goal will be to ensure that our products are displayed in an attractive manner and that they are in stock and readily available for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the buying team to select the appropriate merchandise for our store
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that products are restocked in a timely manner
- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery timelines
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and customer preferences
- Create attractive displays and manage product placement within the store
- Assist with organizing promotional events and sales strategies
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions regarding product ordering and pricing
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards and address any issues or concerns with suppliers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of retail operations and merchandising techniques
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

Salary: 1200$
