We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Porto. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project schedules and budgets
- Oversee purchasing of materials and equipment
- Hire and manage contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, safety guidelines, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Strong leadership skills to manage a team of professionals
