Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues
- Manage server operations including backups, updates, and security patches
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Provide technical support to end-users
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP), server management (Windows/Linux), cybersecurity principles
