We are a busy bakery located in the heart of La-Condamine and we are seeking an experienced and skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing various baked goods, such as breads, pastries, and cakes. Your duties will include measuring and mixing ingredients, kneading dough, shaping and decorating pastries, monitoring baking times, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience working as a Baker in a professional kitchen. You must also have knowledge of different baking techniques and ingredients. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail is also crucial.

As our Baker, you will work closely with our team to ensure that all baked goods are made to the highest quality standards. You must have good communication skills and be able to follow instructions accurately. Additionally, you must be physically fit as the job requires standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy trays.
